Plugin for Enhanced Admin Bar with Codex Search – Where is it?

    Hi, I just downloaded this Enhanced Admin Bar with Codex Search plugin as suggested in the Getting Started guide, but I’m not sure how to implement it. I now have a file sitting in my Downloads file on the hard drive of my Mac. Does this have something to do with the fact that I do not have an FTP service yet? (The need and mechanics of an FTP is another question I will pose in an appropriately titled Support post.)
