Plugin for employee tracking and rewards

  • An HR of a hotel is looking for one webpage or application. Like, at hotel work, who is working continuously 6 days without a day off and work hard then the hotel gives 3 stars to that employee. Sometimes hotel owner missed giving stars to employees because of rotating shifts or day off.
    HR wants all this system online. For those who worked continuously for 6 days, the system direct sent mail to the owner/HR and then give stars online to employees. How it is possible? Which WordPress plugin one can use for this?

    The solution would depend on how an employee’s work time is tracked. There needs to be a way to query for who worked 6 days in a row since the last time this was checked. There are a wide variety of ways employee work time is tracked and any such plugin would need to integrate with the one used. I think it’s unlikely there’d be an existing plugin given that constraint. Assuming it is possible to query the time tracking system from a web server, such a solution would likely need to be custom developed. It may be something better developed as part of the tracking system instead of within WordPress.
