Plugin for custom default user avatar?

    Hello, i want to change the default wordpress avatar for users, with something i will upload. I’ve installed WP User Aavatar, but maybe it conflict with my theme and my custom upload image does not show. So, i will need another plugin that will do this for me. Any idea which i can use for that?
