plugin for clients login

i want to create a website in wordpress for an medical analysis laboratory and i need a special plugin that offer clients of laboratory option to login into the website and see what analysis they’ve made in that laboratory.

that plugin should be able to import informations from an csv file with all details about the clients.name, phone, age, address, analysis types….
