Plugin for categories? Does it exist???

I was wondering if anyone knew of a plugin that does the following:
-Shows ALL categories in the sidebar, even if it’s more than 15 like the default limit
-Shows only the links to posts when you click on the category name instead of a summary with a “read more…” link
-Deletes the Header on the Category page…mine currently says “Archive for the ‘Category name here’ Category”

Anyone know of a way to make going through categorized posts less clunky and involve less clicking?

Am I asking too much? :o)
