tag-suggest-thing is broken with WP 2.5

Also, Auto Tags with Simple Tags doesn’t work with WP 2.5.

The tag suggest thing *only* works with WP 2.5 and up. And it works fine with 2.5.1. I know, because I have it and use it myself.
