Plugin for adding feed for user community blogs (formerly Add Link Widget)?

I am looking for a plugin or workaround that functions like the “Add Link Widget” that used to allow users to add their blog to the site blogroll.

I know that blogrolls are a thing of the past, but I essentially looking to publish a feed on my blog from enrollee’s blogs. I hope that makes sense.
