Plugin for a customer to fill out a form and email to someone?

  • Can anyone help me find an appropriate plugin? I’m finding lots of contact forms, but not one that can be emailed to an entered email address.

    What i’m wanting to do is have a form with some set verbiage that can be emailed to an entered email address.

    We create replicas of racecars and I want interested customers to fill out a form with their contact information to email to their favorite racer.

    This will help us persuade racers to let us make replicas of their cars.

    Something like a change.org type form that you fill out and email to your congressperson.

    I appreciate any assistance.. i’ve googled and just can’t seem to find the right one.
