plugin for 3rd party URL redirect and tracking

Hi
I have some external affiliate links that I want to track. Is there any way I can creat a URL like https://example.com/affiliate_name which redirects to https://affiliatewebsite.com/myaffiliate_link?

I would also like to know whether someone clicked on it or not.
