  • for changing the sidebar it self you do need to change the css of the template. Otherwise you should change the css of the pool (or add additional css).

    srozemuller is right. The sidebar width is a property of your theme. Some themes have configuration options for different layout setting, some don’t. For the latter you have to manually change the size via CSS.
