[Plugin: Foobar Lite Notification Bars] Bar won't show up on site at all

Hi

The bar previews in the admin section, however, once updated and I go to check it out on the site, nothing is there. I have tried setup at the top and bottom.

I have the full version. Am a little lost as to what I have done perhaps in the set up but went through it and read everything again but didn’t find anything.
