The font resizer is working well. My only fault is that you cannot change the colour of the sizing letters from the current black colour. Not very good if you have a dark background!

The problem could be sorted by using small images instead of text. The image could have a border which would show up better, and the image would not resize itself like the ‘A’ letters do at the moment. This means your mouse has to be moved every time you click the letter, with a clickable image the mouse can stay where it is.

Otherwise it works well on all my text, including header and footer.

  • Hey, you are quite mistaken. The colors can be changed. This must be an issue with your theme or something that is taking precedence over your styles. Go edit the styles in font-resizer.php if you like, or else add the class to your style sheet and change the color there.

Making the text images is a bad idea. Not only is it another element to load, but then it makes it difficult to change the size. I customized this plugin to my needs in all of 4 minutes. Color, font, font size, position, etc. With images this wouldn’t be as easy, plus the fact that images would defeat the whole purpose of a text resizer plugin . . .

As for the letters moving and having to move your mouse . . . I haven’t had an issue in my testing . . .

If you have any questions or need some help send me a message and I’ll explain more if you need. ??
