Plugin fmmpeg problem with windows 10 iis

  • I keep getting an error then cancel whenever I try to encode select. I check the upload folder and there are a log file create with nothing in it. I have no problem with Windows 8 iis

    Unfortunately I don’t have any access to Windows IIS servers or any knowledge of how to configure them so I’ve always relied on users to tell me what’s wrong and how to fix it. If anyone else is having this problem and knows more about what is causing it, please let me know.
