Both WordPress and flowplayer are GPL which means you can not license it as CC (those two are not compatible).

As stated in the code, PHP plugin is CC 2.0 BY-SA, included components are provided under their original license.

At the time of signup CC 2.0 By-SA was an accept license, the CC license applies to the PHP code of the plugin only.
