[Plugin: Flexible Upload] Thickbox class not added to images

I use this wonderful plugin but even if i set in Flexible Upload admin, thickbox effect, class=”thickbox” isn’t added automatically but i have to add it manually. I have nextgen gallery installed and all thickbox class and js and css are loaded by it.
Any suggestion?
