    Shortly – yes, I will add this shortcode on this week. Of course I can add this shortcode just now, but I want to add some more functionality for version 1.0.

    No, I don’t host plugin on GitHub. You can add feature request as you have already done and I will extend plugin functionality.

    Hello,

    I found one bug in flexible recent posts.
    When i choose only one category and X number of posts, plugin shows all posts not only X number of posts
    Can you please fix it?

    ant385, I have just created 2 categories and added 3 posts to one of them and 2 posts to another on my test platform. Then I added new widget, chose the first category with 3 posts and setted number of posts to 2. And all worked perfactly. Maybe you missed something?
