[Plugin: Flat Rate Shipping] Woocommerce Flat Rate Shipping Bug?

Hi, I am using Woocommerce to create a site for a business and we trying to configure the shipping options. We have disabled the free shipping option and enabled Flat Rate shipping instead and set our rates. However, when we save those options, free shipping still shows up as an option in the cart. Does anyone know how to remove this from the shipping options?
