[Plugin: Flash Gallery] exclude parameter

Is anyone having trouble with the exclude parameter in V3.0.3 or any other version for that matter? If I disable the flash gallery, the image has been removed, but when you enable the flash gallery, the image that I want excluded is shown. Any suggestions? Thanks!
