Plugin finds fonts but site doesn’t show it

Hallo,

I’m using your plugin on multiple sites and it is really helpful. However, on some sites it isn’t working for me correctly and I cannot find why (I’ve added an example). The plugin finds the fonts but then it only shows the fallback serif, sans-serif.
I would appreciate your help.
