    Hi,
    Just found out that it was a confliction with other plugin.
    Thank you for the great plugin.

    Hi,
    After updating both plugins, they’re both working fine now.
    Thanks.

    Welcome =)

    Hi RealMag777,

    I’m having the same trouble. I used Custom Post Type UI to create a new taxonomy. I have created two products and assigned them different values for the taxonomy. The values for the taxonomy are showing up properly in my sidebar widget, including the count, but when I click on a radio button or checkbox, nothing happens. Actually, the page does refresh, but it is not filtering.

    Extra info, if necessary. My url includes ?post_type=product. The page refreshes to the same page with the same variable and value, nothing more or less. And the only plugins I have installed and activated are Custom Post UI, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Products Filter.

    Thank you!
    Jennifer

    Hello Jennifer
    Try to activate permalink. If will not work – clean cache and drop here link with your shop page where I can look at it …

    I tried again using WooCommerce product attributes (rather than the Custom Post Type UI) and I’m still getting the same behavior as before – not working or filtering, just refreshing and showing all products.

    thank you for your response. unfortunately, our admin has it behind a firewall so only people that work here can see it until it goes live.

    Permalinks was the fix for us. Thank you!
