Plugin filter selections are all hashes

Hi.

After activating the plugin and going into the Plugin Filters menu to place exceptions, I was met with a long list of hashes and can’t figure out how to decode them.

Our WordPress is not a vanilla install, the wp-admin lives under /wp/wp-admin/ instead of /wp-admin/ (we’re using Bedrock).
