I just ran some tests and it looks like if I create a plugin filter with the permalink set to my homepage (the domain root in my case), the result is exactly as if I had created a global filter, i.e. all other posts & pages are impacted. And this even though I didn’t check off ‘Also Affect Children’.

Which means to me that the Permalink field isn’t only for a specific url, it’s for anything that matches that url (fragment). Which is good news if it means that’s how I can apply filters to search/category/tag pages, but how do I apply filters to *only* the homepage?

Check that- for some reason in 5.0.3, a Plugin Filter set on the homepage isn’t fully working as expected. I have 3 plugins set to be off on the homepage only, and for whatever reason, one of those plugins is also being turned off everywhere else on the site. The only other Filter I have in place is a Global Filter, but has a different plugin filtered to off.

    Hi,

Just have same Home Page (previous not) problem. Keep trying to find solution. Weird.

If you have any changes for Home Page. After updated (saved) need going to setting > permalink press save. And need going Plugin Organizer > recreate permalink press save. You will see 1 permalink updated. Checked with gtmetrix.com my filtered 2 CSS was gone.

Then solved. Home will help you.

    Luck try.
