[Plugin: File Un-Attach] Detach does not work in Version 1.0.2

I really like this handy little plugin, but I’m having a problem with Version 1.0.2 on one of my sites. The Detach button goes through the motions, but afterwards, the media file is still attached to the post the same as before. Any idea how to fix this?
