plugin file log woocommerce

Hi,
I need a file logging plugin that allows me to export data and tracking woocommerce orders (for GDPR, it the only way to track privacy consent in checkout page) … currently I use “activity log” but, filters do not work well, are very approximate. Any suggestions?
