[Plugin: File Gallery] Steps to achieve gallery with simple template

I’ve trolled through many questions in the forums about the Simple Template and looked at the help doc, but still can not determine if I have completed all the steps to get it to work correctly ?? Sorry.

Currently it is appearing like the default gallery. While it may be a javascript issue caused by another plugin, can I confirm the steps I should have taken in setting it up?

1. Do I need an additional lightbox plugin installed or is WordPress’ thickbox enough?

2. This is the shortcode I have inserted in my page to get a gallery of images with the same media tag to appear (the important bit for the simple template to work correctly being that the linkclass is thickbox, I think) –
[gallery tags="verano-2010-media" tags_from="all" link="file" link_size="medium" linkclass="thickbox" template="simple"]

3. On the media settings page I have thickbox entered after Auto enqueue lightbox scripts for which link classes (separate with commas)?

Is there anything else I need to do to get the simple gallery to show up like it does here on the sample page?
