[Plugin: File Gallery] Image page with captions but without sidebars as in FG Example

The first three images in File Gallery Examples, Default WordPress Options (https://skyphe.org/code/wordpress/file-gallery/file-gallery-examples/) do exactly what I want to do in https://www.wellofstars.com/Blog/sculpture-test-page/: They go from thumbnail to full-size image, INCLUDING title/caption/description, but EXCLUDING sidebar visible in gallery page.
How can I do that?? So far I can only get the thumbnails to take me to a regular blog page. That includes some of the info, but I think the sidebars are distracting.
I’ve tried linking to File instead of to Attachment Page, but see no difference in the result. When I do that in a regular WordPress gallery that takes me to a simple image page which I like, but it doesn’t include title or caption.
Any help you can give me will be more than appreciated! I am new at this and have been trying very hard without success.
