[Plugin: File Gallery] Feature request: roles

@francesco: do you have any suggestion on how this should be implemented?

Maybe like this:

1. File Gallery creates a new capability, let’s say ‘can_use_file_gallery’
2. this capability is then assigned to administrators, editors and authors by default
3. on the settings screen, there would be another block of options for choosing which roles should have File Gallery metabox enabled

Yes, it sounds good!
This feature request is because me (and think other admins) use your great plugin to manage linked images to a post. Sometimes editors add images and then remove them, so these images remain linked to the page, but in fact they are not used. This create problems with certain themes. For example the ones who fetches automatically linked images.
The concept of “linked images” is usually not clear to editors, so I prefer to manage this by myself, as admin.
What do you think?
