Plugin fields not showing up in menu editor anymore

    Hi,
    I’ve used the plugin for a menu the other day.
    Today I tried to use it again and the plugins field to add an image are not shown anymore on any menu item, not even the one which already have an image.
    No error shown, even on wp with debug turned on.

    Is this a known bug?
    Is there a way to debug this?
