[Plugin: FG Joomla to WordPress] Import Joomla 1.5 (FG) imports half

    Hello, I’m migrating a few of my websites from Joomla to WordPress. This works pretty well with the Joomla 1.5 (FG) importer. But on one website I have this problem:

    – At first, the importer keeps on going for ages and doesn’t finish.
    So I deleted all present posts. Then the importer did finish, but:

    – Only 615 of the 765 Joomla articles are imported
    – Categories are left empty (in Joomla I have 10 sections/categories)
    – Images are migrated/copied fine

    Then I optimized the joomla database. I still have the same problems as above, but only 311 Joomla articles are imported as posts…

    Then I installed a fresh WP-installation. Now it does import alle categories, but still only 311 of the 765 articles.

    What goes wrong? What can I do?

    What is the difference between your migrated articles and the ones that didn’t migrate ?
    Are they archived articles ? Or are they articles put in trash ?

    Oh boy, why I didn’t think of that in the first place… That is working now.
    So I imported 765 articles… but it is still running (allthough all posts are imported). And also no categories are created…

    So I imported all articles in the fresh WP-installation, that is working… exporting all posts and importing in my first WP-installation. Well it works ??
