Plugin fetches default image even with FT image present

    This plugin is brilliant! It’s resolved a lot of the headaches I had with incorrect images being pulled in when posting to Facebook or similar. However, one issue remains: It always defaults to the default image, even when there’s a featured image present (700×457 wide, usually). When posting Facebook, the image selector allows me to click on to a 2nd image option, and that’s always the correct featured image from the post.

    Also, when posting to sites like Reddit, it also seems to automatically pull in the Default image rather than the featured image.

    How do I ensure the featured image is always selected first?

    we have an issue for that. FB keeps changing the order they read it as. https://github.com/chuckreynolds/WPFBOGP/issues/47

    Hey Chuck, thanks for writing – good to hear a solution is on its way (if only FB could make up their mind on what image to pick). Any word on when the new version is out?

    no idea. a simple flip isn’t the answer… need to figure out what is mentioned in the issue and rewrite that whole array i think. i just don’t have the time right now unless somebody steps up to help. too buried in client work atm.
