[Plugin: FeedWordPress] Latest 2010.0531 updates won’t work..

  • Using WordPress MU 2.9.2 and Buddypress 1.2.4.1

    Updated Feedwordpress 2009.0707 to the latest and my site broke.

    All pages were blank. I could not log in to admin as the page was blank.Deleted 2010.0531 and reinstalled 2009.0707 and site works again.

    Thought maybe I needed to install the 2010.0528 and then the 2001.0531 – and still I get a blank site.

    Reason I wanted to upgrade is it seems FeedWordPress has stopped syndicating my rss feeds, although there are new posts in these feeds.

  • exact same thing happened to me yesterday. Site went blank after upgrading to the new version of feedwordpress.
    I have the plugin currently turned off at the moment, but would love to know how I can get it running again.

    It works fine with me. But I still believe that the number of queries compared to version 2010.0127 is quite high.

    Similar problem here: homepage was blank. Used “view source,” and was presented with a completely blank text file. My admin, however, did not break, and I could access other pages on the frontend—just not the homepage. I posted this comment to the plugin blog, but it was never approved. ??

    Can anyone tell me where to find an earlier version of the plugin?

    I’ve not had the blank page problem, but feedwordpress has stopped syndicating wordpress-hosted blogs for me over a week ago. There have been several updates made since, but none that fixed it. I tried to contact Radgeek several times but didn’t have a response. ??

    Is there any version that you guys rolled back too? ive got serious issues with the latest upgrade thats crashed my site with MagpieRSS errors?? ??

    Had word from plugin author who told me to see with my webhost about DNS resolving issues, and the plugin is now working again for me. Thank you muchly ! \o/

    I’m having this issue with the current version of feedwordpress and WP 3.0.1. Has anyone found a reliable fix? So far, FWP seems to be the only/best solution for RSS syndication and yet I can’t get it to work. Would love some help…
