[Plugin: FeedWordPress] Atom feeds don't work?

Using FWP for a number of feeds, works great for RSS 2 feeds. So far every atom feed has either not worked when trying to set up, or, has worked once then failed on the next scheduled update.
Anyone have this issue or a solution?
