[Plugin: FD Feedburner Plugin] Old RSS still shows up in IE8 toolbar

After installing, my main RSS feed that is in a subscription widget in right column is redirected to Feedburner just fine. But the toolbar of IE8 still contains the old RSS feed. When I click on it, it still goes to the non Feedburner feed page.
