Thanks, I already had it set to everyone, but restricted to the United States only—I’d still prefer that as I only deal with local businesses in the US, but removing it did fix the problem.

Hi, I am having that same problem, but I’ve already changed my FB settings to be public.

the website is https://timambo.com/ and I have your plugin on the side bar… I;ve installed another plugin to see if that one worked… no luck… I’ve been trying to use two different Id’s: one that I get when opening the main profile image, and a different one that opened the actual feed:

and none of them work… I have the plugin working on three different sites…

Try using mashable’s facebook page 18807449704

If the plugin works with this id, it indicates there may be a problem with your fb page.

Thanks for your quick response!! and yes, it does work fine with that ID… it seems I can’t get the right ID… but I’ve done it many times with other sites and it has worked??? any clue? how can her FB be wrong?
