    Hi,

    Last week we installed the plugin, it worked well for a day or so, but now, it is like the plugin does not exist, it doesn’t appear in the plugin list but the options do appear in the checkout field.

    The plugin report does not work either, if we install the plugin again, we get 2 options in the checkout field and everything attached to the plugin but it causes a UX conflict.

    Can you help us with this one.
