Plugin Fatal Error: WP not able to load AT ALL!

  • Hi there I installed a plugin (woocommerce-novalnet-gateway) to be able to take card payment donations for a non-profit organisation site I am building. The Plugin obviously has a file missing or error of some kind as now my site has completely shut down and this is the message I am getting:

    Fatal error: Class ‘novalnetpayments’ not found in /nfs/c02/h10/mnt/25147/domains/vcsl.org/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-novalnet-gateway/includes/novalnet_banktransfer.php on line 25

    Please could someone help me on how I rectify this? Thank you

  • You’ll need to delete that plugin using FTP (or other file manager your host provides) – find it in the plugins folder:

    wordpress
    wp-content
         plugins
              woocommerce-novalnet-gateway - DELETE THIS FOLDER

    If you install (woocommerce-novalnet-gateway_v.1.0.3) without woocommerce plugin(not activated) , it will show “Fatal error”. Now they have fixed everything. please checkout their new version 1.0.4…
