[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Same form, different redirect URLs

I write a monthly column and I have the articles in PDF. I have uploaded the articles and want to use FS to require completion of the form before accessing the content. An example of it working is here: https://mrchapter7.com/?page_id=151 Is there a way to set up a form for redirection without having a new form for each article? I think I have the form set up, I just don’t want to make 57 forms just to handle the redirection. I am a bit of a noob in WordPress so a bit of hand holding is appreciated.
