[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Problems with select box

    I’m using version 3.1.9 of Fast Secure Contact Form.

    I keep getting the error “Error: A select field is not configured properly in settings.” after following the documentation on this page

    I am putting “Piano Type:, Upright; Grand” in the label field like the documentation says, but it’s not working. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
