    It’s been over two weeks since I submitted a paid support ticket and have gotten zero response.

    This is a great plugin, but if you need paid support don’t bother donating because it’s non-existent. And since it’s a donation, I doubt I can get money back from paypal.

    I haven’t had a response either and I submitted a ticket just over a month ago. I also tried to contact them regarding the lack of response and have heard nothing.

    I asked a question, so it wasn’t like it was a big support query.

    Very disappointing!

    I was seriously considering to donate in order to get support, since this plugin really is handy and I use it a lot…

    Guess that wont happen until this thread gets resolved.

    Sorry for the delay, support emails are being caught up on. and I am working on a 4.0 version with new features.

    Why not also add your support issue to the forum? Maybe someone else can help you too ?
