[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Know the page title where the form is sent

Hi,

I have found this question about the plugin Contact Form 7, but i am using Fast Secure Contact Form.
I wonder how to add the page title where the visitor fills the form in the email that i receive, in order to use just one template for all pages and not one for every page.

Maybe something like get_page_title within a hidden field?
