Just want to thank this company. VCita is part of the premium aspect of the plug in and gives a lot more value to it. We are going with the paid version and finished our initial trial. When our trial was over we asked for an extension as we were in the middle of a move and there was some difficulty with our bank catching up with our move and we asked for a few days grace and they gave us that and more. Result, no down time. Also want to report that our site does not get a lot of traffic, but we are nevertheless getting people reaching to us via the form and they keep their appointments. The plug in gives nice style options right out of the box. Very, very pro look and very smart plugin.
