[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Great plugin, but disappeared when updated wordpress

Great plugin, however, it disappeared when i updated to WP3.0.1.
It was impossible to reinstall it as it had disappeared from control panel but not from database. Via ftp, I suppressed the SI contact form folder, reinstalled the plugin successfully and even had the good surprise that my initial settings had been saved ??
