[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Form doesn't display in sidebar

Hi everyone and Mike
I am using this plugin and it seems to be working fine in a normal page but when I am trying to use it in sidebar(footer bar), the form simply doesn’t display.
I am using the shortcode in text bar [si-contact-form form=’1′]
Same as what I am using in a page.
Any help would be great.
