[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Fatal Error when updating

I have tried everything I know to resolve this including a manual WP refresh, and increased memory in PHP.ini, WP-config files.

I deactivated all my plugins and was able to update three other plugins. When I try to upgrade to FSCF 2.9.8.4 I keep getting the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1918194 bytes)…../wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1426
