[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Email not sent from form in Sidebar

I have installed the plug-in and got it working with forms in the content area without any issues, but my form in the sidebar does not send email. It redirects to my thank-you page and says the message has been sent.

The email test facility in the form back-end works fine too..
The sidebar is widgetised as per instructions (great detail).
