[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] collect form data in database

I want to collect si-contact-form generated data in an exportable database.

In other words I want to keep all entered data in a way that each time the form is used it adds the entered form data to the database and I am able to export this data and view it in Excel.

My purpose is to maintain and manage a volunteer list.
