• Two days ago I was using contact form 7, worked perfectly for my site even if stuff went into junk mail, that didnt bother me.
Anyway, was told people had filled in the form got the sent message and nothing was received in my inbox
Couldn’t work it out at all, according to the faq on the site, claims my emails are either being kidnapped or killed? How and why, i dont have a clue. No other help offered.
Decided to try this form Fast secure.
Same thing on here, messages being sent but nothing has been received, tried the test several times, i get nothing at all.

Any help would be great. I maybe slow at replying as off to bed now and got work in the morning.

  • Who is your webhosting company?

I ask because some webhosting companies (e.g. Dreamhost) implement anti-spam mechanisms that examine the From: field, rejecting them outright if they do not match the domain name of the server.

In other words, if the contact form lives on example.com, but the email has a From: field of [email protected], it may trigger the spam blocker at the server level.

One way around that is to set the From: field to an address that matches the domain name (e.g. [email protected]), and then use the Reply-To: field for the email address of the person filling out the form.
