[Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Multiple Selections in drop down SSL Encryption

I am building a contact form to place orders of paintings.

If a user wants to order more than one painting is there a way to select multiple radio buttons or multiple items in a select field?

Is it as simple as control+click or the mac equivalent?

Also I intend to send credit card info. Where do I set up SSL?

It is set up with my host Godaddy is there other configuring needed to be done on the contact form or wordpress end. To encrypt the form data being sent using ssl.
