Languages are translated by volunteers, do you want to volunteer?
If you use PoEdit to translate, it is easy to translate for a new
version. You can open your current .po file, then select from the PoEdit
menu: “Catalog” > “Update from POT file”. Now all you have to change are
the new language strings.
