[Plugin: FAQ Manager] Sort FAQs

do you have a link to your site?

questions:

1.) what order have you put them in compared to how they are displaying?
2.) are you using any plugin or theme that modifies the loop output?

I am having same issues. I added shortcose above and slug tags and it displays the same question over and over

The question is only in one tag, I have tried categories and the -1 trick, nothing works.

I am having the same issue. I am simply using [faq], but even if I use [faq limit=”-1″], it still won’t sort properly. Right now I have five questions and I used the sorting function.

I have 27 FAQs each one set up on a ‘post’.
I then set up 5 different categories (Topics). Then allocated categories to each FAQ.
My FAQ ‘PAGE’ just has:

[faq limit=”50″]

I tried putting in
[faq faq_topic=”clleen-water-treatment-general-information”] on the ‘page’ which is one of my categories to see if it would sort some of the 27 and list them under a Category heading. Nothing happened actually that I could see on the ‘live’ site.

Please could you advise how we get the FAQ page to list the 5 categories I’ve set up and for the individual FAQs to be listed under the different categories.

I may well be missing something. I’m not a coding/web whizz so would love a plain English explanation if possible.
